1. Booking and Payment

 

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability.

1.2 A deposit [non-refundable] or full payment (as specified) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

 

1.3 Final payment is due [2] weeks before the service/departure date unless otherwise agreed.

 2. Cancellations and Refunds

 

2.1 Cancellations made by the client must be in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.

2.2 Refunds (if any) will be processed based on our cancellation policy, provided at the time of booking.

3. Client Responsibility

 

3.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid.

3.2 You must comply with all local laws, regulations, and our guidelines throughout the trip.

4. Limitation of Liability

 

4.1 We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or failure of third-party service providers.

 

4.2 We are not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the course of travel. You are advised not to leave valuables unattended and to carry adequate travel insurance.

 

4.3 Participation in activities is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from activities, excursions, or travel arrangements, whether organized by us or a third party.

5. Insurance

 

5.1 We strongly recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss or damage to property.

6. Changes to Itinerary

 

6.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, services, or prices at any time due to operational or safety reasons. Efforts will be made to provide a suitable alternative.
